Your wedding should still look, feel and taste like yours. Our packages provide the foundation and trusted professionals; you bring the personality. From your menu and florals to your ceremony details and overall design, there are plenty of opportunities to make your celebration distinctly your own.
50% of your Venue Booking Rate is due within 7 days from reserving your date with Anthology. Second payment is due 90 days from event, 60 from event and final payment will be adjusted/due after we’ve met for the final 30-day walkthrough.
Final Guest Count is due at the final 30-day walkthrough. Once we are within 30-days, the guest count can increase however not decrease. Final counts are locked in 2 weeks prior to event date.
We do not have a set curfew rather you choose what your 12 hour consecutive time block will be. Final timeline will be confirmed at the final 30-day walkthrough.
If you do not opt into booking our All-Inclusive Package, a Day Of Coordinator at a minimum is required.
We’ve found that most couples prefer to personally select their Photographer, Officiant, and Hair & Makeup Artists, so these services are not included in our All-Inclusive Package.
This gives you the flexibility to choose the professionals who best reflect your style, personality, and vision for your wedding day!
Not at all! While our All-Inclusive Package is a wonderful way to simplify wedding planning, it is not required. Couples are welcome to book Anthology and hire their own wedding vendors. We do require all weddings to utilize our in-house Catering and Bar Service.

With over 30 years of experience, Castle Event Catering offers customizable menus, locally inspired cuisine, and a variety of service styles – buffet, plated, family style and late-night snack! Outside catering is not permitted.
Our fully customizable All-Inclusive Package brings together many of your wedding essentials, making the planning process much easier than DIY’ing your full day.
From venue access and catering to bar service + additional wedding professionals, our packages are designed to simplify planning, while allowing you to personalize your celebration!

Custom menus are who we are and what we do best! You won’t find an extensive list of predetermined appetizers and entrées here. Instead, you’ll discover a collection of chef-inspired menus from previous celebrations, offering just a taste of what our culinary team can create.
